HYROX Boston Partner Sim will have all the stations (ski erg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jump, rowing, farmer carry, sandbag lunge, & wallballs) with a 1000m run. Station movements are shared, run is done together. There will be heats as needed for the event and give athletes a good idea of what to expect. If an athlete wants to compete solo, the cost is still $50.
