HYROX Boston MINI Sim will have all the stations (ski erg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jump, rowing, farmer carry, sandbag lunge, & wallballs) with a 500m run. Station movements are shared, run is done together. There will be heats as needed for the event on Aug 16th. If an athlete wants to compete solo, the cost is still $50.
