The CFIS/B&S Fitness 12-Week Wicked 1/2 Marathon Training Program will provide participants with a weekly coached aerobic threshold workout, two coached strength workouts, a group long run on the weekends, a fully comprehensive training manual, incredible group camaraderie, A LOT OF MOTIVATION, FUN and SUPPORT. This program is designed for the very beginner to intermediate level runners, non-runners looking to start running but in need of structure, motivation and a GOAL.Aerobic Capacity sessions will be Thursday 6am or Wednesday 6pm. We will cover running technique through drills, bio-mechanics, plyometric drills and agility. Learn what your V-Dot is through benchmark testing and watch as it improves throughout your training. This program is a progressive training program to prepare for the September Wicked 1/2 Marathon in Salem, Ma., or any Fall 1/2 Marathon. Price includes entry into the Salem Wicked 1/2 Marathon September 2024.
