Love is in the air this February at CrossFit IronSpider. We are offering a BOGO Beginner Crossfit Program to Northshore residents for the month of February. Cost in ONLY $99 for both people so grab your BFF/significant other and try something NEW!! No strings attached, just come in and see what CrossFit is all about and see why it has changed so many (hundreds of thousands) lives since its inception in 2000. If you are new to Crossfit we have beginner specific classes (Salem: Tuesday & Thursdays 6:30pm and Saturdays 9:30am or MHD Monday & Wednesday 5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am). The $99 fee will cover THREE classes a week for TWO people all month long.
